MK V was born Michael Esposito in 2002. Since as a kid he started approaching music taking guitar and clarinet lessons. At the age of 10 he passed the entrance exam to the music academy, where he had the opportunity to deepen his theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of music. although the academy's path was aimed at orchestral music, at the age of 11 his interest in electronic music began to grow leading him in 2017 to approach music production through programs such as GarageBand and subsequently FLstudio, a program on which he still works. His first productions were inspired by the vibes of artists like Mike Dean, Pharell Williams, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, JCole, Travis Scott, Chief Keef, Lil Uzi Vert but also Avicii, Daft Punk etc...
Therefore taking inspiration from various musical genres such as hip-hop, trap, but also pop, rnb, electronic music and others. From that year to today he has actively participated in the evolution of music, appropriating new subgenres such as Rage, taking inspiration from Playboi Carti, Yeat, Ken Carson etc...
The influences of the artists he has listened to over the years have led him to obtain his own vibe, defining his music as introspective, a combination of sounds that lead to a mysterious and suggestive vibe.
