MK’s Marvellous Medicine is a rockband from Bergen, Norway, playing guitar-based music with a touch of blues, soul and pop. The unique sound of the band is a combination of their self-taught playing style, their flexible approach to songwriting and music, and frontwoman MK’s powerful, but gentle vocal.
The band won the Norwegian grammy in the category blues in 2017 for their debut album “MK’s Marvellous Medicine”, produced by renowned producer Yngve L. Sætre. Having played over 300 concerts in Norway and abroad, featuring at a handsome collection of festivals, the band has won a reputation for their great live performances, with hefty dynamics, energy and passion. Their second album is to be released late 2019 and is called “Where do you go?”.
