MØ is a Danish singer, songwriter, and producer known for seamlessly bridging pop, electronic, and indie music with raw emotional honesty and a fiercely independent spirit. Emerging from Denmark’s underground scene, she broke through in 2013 with the single “Pilgrim,” quickly establishing a signature sound built on sharp melodies, pulsing beats, and striking vocals.

Her debut album No Mythologies to Follow arrived in 2014, followed by global recognition through landmark collaborations - most notably “Lean On” with Major Lazer and DJ Snake, one of the most streamed songs of all time, and “Cold Water,” featuring MØ and Justin Bieber, which topped charts worldwide. Alongside her solo releases, she has collaborated with artists such as Charli xcx and Avicii, further cementing her global impact.

Across projects Forever Neverland (2018) and Motordrome (2022), MØ continued to evolve - balancing vulnerability and defiance while pushing into more personal territory. Her fourth album, Plæygirl (2025), marks a bold new chapter: a liberating, high-energy statement about freedom, identity, and reclaiming joy on her own terms. The album is preceded by singles including “Who Said,” “Sweet” (feat. Biig Piig), and “Keep Moving,” capturing MØ at her most confident, playful, and self-directed yet.

Whether on record or on stage, MØ remains an artist driven by instinct, connection, and creative autonomy - crafting pop music that is as fearless as it is deeply human.
