Jeff and Brett formed the band Modem in 2006 while attending an art school in Pennsylvania. The duo's comedic observations accompanied by their love of electronics and computer software helped shape the sound of the band. Modem's first release was entitled Plug & Play and was later followed up by This is Not a Virus in 2008. Though the two have been quiet lately, they still remain actively recording and occasionally dropping new singles for release on social media.
