Mohamed Lotfy

The Egyptian guitarist founded and lead the band Black Swan Theory for years and eventually went solo after the disbanding. Mohamed Lotfy is a solo artist inviting musicians and singers to collaborate on his project and be part of his musical journey. All music and lyrics are written by Lotfy.

Early 2021, Mohamed decided that he would no longer stay inactive and found the opportunity of having some free time durning the pandemic to start writing music again. <a href="spotify:album:11sQcT9oeuVKD7UusSkqYz" data-name="Hope">Hope</a> was the kick start of it all. Joining Mohamed was the very active guitarist and musician <a href="spotify:artist:6TKUAImJ3ymprTBmJxBp2h" data-name="James Massi">James Massi</a>, James agreed to sing and complete any missing recording as well as do the mix and master. As agreed James would help with the mix and master of the coming tracks. <a href="spotify:track:0xFmLABtyhjQTtXIKadcX8" data-name="Regret">Regret</a> followed as a second track which featured the angelic voice Azuma on the singing. Lotfy then started to quicken the pace of song production following up with <a href="spotify:track:2ZxDtG19BXpsuxAsuL7bZZ" data-name="Sleeplessness">Sleeplessness</a> , <a href="spotify:track:0O49myoI63jtUu7je4SZHo" data-name="Devil">Devil</a> and then <a href="spotify:track:7tHZ8MbVzupXW9YdJlVtHV" data-name="Burn">Burn</a>. With a short break Mohamed then decided to mix all instruments and send the remaining of the album to be mastered in London, UK. Now releasing <a href="spotify:track:5125AYJCZJb145V4awBje8" data-name="Rage">Rage</a> and <a href="spotify:track:2EFxOEHK9c1lweg4w4JcBz" data-name="Loved">Loved</a> to complete the seven track album <a href="spotify:album:6QKBGRZVGRDVVCijzub22V" data-name="Human">Human</a>. The album features vocalists from UK, Turkey, Cyprus and Greece. Drummers from Egypt and Brazil.
