Moher is a psychedelic folk band from Jeju Island, South Korea. They weave an intricate soundscape with Irish bouzouki, acoustic guitar, and contrasting vocals, evoking waves crashing on rugged cliffs—a poetic meeting of two distant yet kindred islands. Formed by a chance encounter in Thailand, the band takes its name from the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland, meaning 'broken fort' in Gaelic.
Following their debut album "Kaleidoscope", which won Best Folk Album at the 2024 Korean Music Awards, they released their second full-length album "From the Deep and Dark" on May 28, 2026.
