Steve Freedom a.k.a. Mondays Are Cancelled is a Musician, DJ and Producer. From the age of seven he has loved making it, performing it, listening to it, learning, experimenting and communicating through music, and just being a part of it all. He plays violin, guitars, bass and keys. He is also passionate about coding and creating music software like Traktomizer, which helps artists grow organically on platforms like Spotify. Well known in the dance music scene especially around Berlin and Europe, Australia, South Africa and India and regarded by his peers and fans as a first rate entertainer, he loves presenting one-time-performances, improvising with two Native Instruments Maschine and no decks, to make live music in the moment. As a response to the looming climate change catastrophe Steve adopted the name Mondays Are Cancelled as way of creating more awareness through music - a simple idea that cancelling Mondays could reduce climate change by 15% - perhaps not but the sentiment, like his music, is powerful.
