Moneybaggmalik whose real name is Wylan Colclough is a 17 year old young artist who is ready to take on the superstar lifestyle. Started making music in 7th grade at age 12 not knowing where it’d take him.
Your Life Can Change Overnight: Created in a 3 month span in between this album and Hebrew. He speaks on family because after religion/god comes family so he speaks on a lot of family issues. Malik takes a flashback from the past and posts audio recordings of himself at 5 Years Old, 2 year old brother, sister, ex girlfriend, and mother. In the song, “Hey Momma” he speaks on how he was removed out of his mother’s home at 12 years old and moved to Dad’s home and the hard transition it was switching from home to home. Then, he begins to speak on heartbreak to where he expressed he’s in a stuck position because he feels as if he can’t find love so he’s stuck in a hotel elevator and can’t get out. Which finally on the outro track he expresses that he has found love within himself and is “Finally Free.”
Welcome To My Life (Latest project): Published in April 2022. An album where Malik opens up about himself, police brutality, losing his girlfriend, losing friends, suicide, etc. An album where he just had fun while trying to make things relatable. Biggest album by far with thousands of streams
