Monica Lynn is an American singer-songwriter born in the Midwest who began playing
guitar and singing at the age of 5. While she always dreamed of being a professional music
artist, she pursued a career in Human Resources and Technology, married, raised two boys
and kept her roots in music through church communities where she volunteered. In 2015,
Monica met Megan Pavot, a woman who changed her life when it came to music. Meg & Moni
started singing together in a bathroom at a bar in northern Minnesota. The rest is history. Over
the next four years, Meg & Moni performed music covers in Minneapolis, MN from a wide
variety of artists. They began making a name for themselves in the Twin Cities music scene with
guitarist, George Coller.
The joy of performing together ended tragically when Megan lost her battle with cancer in
November, 2019. Monica became committed to carry on the legacy of making music just as
Megan had inspired her to do. Today, Monica Lynn launches her solo career with a brand new
single, Mystery Man. Her music is inspired by her journey through love, life changes and loss.
Her messages highlight the independence and joy that comes from pursuing personal calling
and breaking free from the expectations of others to pursue your dreams. She is passionate
about inspiring women around the world to be true to themselves and honor who they were
meant to be.
