Monkey Ham was formed in 2016 in southwestern Spain. Influenced by ’90s stoner rock, grunge, and alternative sounds, the band is known for its dense guitar work, confrontational lyrics, and a strong DIY spirit.
In 2022, they released their debut EP "Pull the Trigger", making a strong entrance into the underground rock scene. In 2025, they return with "Today's Latest", the first glimpse of their upcoming EP "Black Swamp".
