Monomamori is a multi-instrumentalist, and alternative rock/metal music composer.
He’s an artist that likes to experiment, discover new horizons and mix in his creations all the musical influences of the bands that always have fascinated him, principally through the use of his main instrument: the electric bass.
In his adolescence there was a moment that marked the beginning of his adventure in music world. At his father’s home, also a bass player, one day he found a different bass, that stood out from his collection. This instrument was for him, a gift from the parent who believed in his son just a few days after doing some first playing exercises together. The young mamori certainly couldn’t have imagined a gift like that. He thought he just wasn't able to make it, since the first time he got his hands on the electric bass he wore the shoulder strap backwards...
Today Monomamori in its musical path, boasts more than ten years of experience in the field. Growing up as a self-taught musician, he’s been part of many bands of various genres, he carries on a Youtube channel where he consistently publishes videos and he’s preparing for his first album’s release.
The thing that pushes him the most in making music is to give something to others, and healing himself through it. In fact, the choice of his name derives from the Japanese word "mamori" that means "protection, custody", and the word "mono" that comes from the bass guitar, which is recorded in a mono track.
