MONORAUM is a musical project and sonic identity of composer and pianist Yaroslav Molochnyk.
Born in Lviv, Ukraine, in 2001, Yaroslav demonstrated remarkable artistic talent from an early age. Since 2016, he has been based in Dresden, Germany, where at 14 he was admitted to the Carl Maria von Weber University of Music in Dresden due to his exceptional ability, later earning his Master’s Degree in Piano Performance. He is a prizewinner of numerous international music competitions across Belgium, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, and Ukraine.

As a concert pianist, Yaroslav performs across Europe both as a soloist and alongside symphony orchestras, captivating audiences with his technical precision and emotional depth. His work as a composer reflects a continuous exploration of sound, timbre, and musical perception, shaping a distinctive and evolving artistic voice.

In December 2021, he released his debut album "please immerse and imagine", which received positive critical attention and has been streamed hundreds of thousands of times across digital platforms.

Since 2023, Yaroslav has been actively performing his original music across Europe, reaching new audiences and releasing new works with international labels such as Nordic Euphony Records. The MONORAUM project officially launched in October 2025 with its first release on the London-based label Mesh, marking a new chapter in his artistic direction.
