After graduating with a diploma in Jazz/Pop drums In Hamburg, Monte aggressively honed his skills as an arranger and co-producer in large commercial studios in Hamburg for many years. He was also quickly recognised in the scene as a highly talented RnB drummer and still finds time to fill in as a session player for prestigious international artists when his schedule allows.
As a platinum award winning mix engineer, Monte has shaped mixes of high profile underground artists such as Adana Twins, Purple Disco Machine, Robosonic and numerous pop artists like Nick Carter, Kilian & Jo, Hone, Liv Dawson, Selina Mour, Oceana and many more.
If that wasn’t enough, the man is also a very accomplished DJ traveling around the globe playing big festivals dates and underground clubs. Since his first worldwide Nr #1 hit “True” in 2012, Monte has released a solid barrage of work that includes releases on some of the the most respected underground and major labels in the dance industry with support from a wide range of eminent authorities such as Pete Thong, Laurant Garnier , Solomun and Annie Mac. This also included his debut track ‘Backyard’ ( Disclosure UK ) in 2016.
With a wide ranging and exceptionally solid command of the craft music production as a whole, Monte's quest for sound is relentless, unique and utterly unstoppable.
