Coming from the North East of England ‘MoodSelective’ was formed in December 2020 from Local cousins and Djs Declan Finlay & Daniel Ferguson.
Both Declan and Daniel started producing in March 2020 although both being involved in the underground dance music scene for a number of years. They both used the Covid-19 Lockdown as an excuse to start producing house music after many months of opening Ableton and shoving it off. After playing around for a few months and started to finally get somewhere and get some tracks down they formed the Alias MoodSelective ‘on the basis of ‘Two Heads are better than one’.
Although trying to manifest their sound everyday in the Studio, the lads agreed to sign their first ever solo single track with ‘DeeVu Records’ from Sussex and is very exited about the release. On top of that they are due to release there first ever EP with USA Based Record Label ‘Spicy Records’ in March of the new year, which also includes a sick remix from a very promising rising artist from Leeds, the perfect start for 2021 it seems from these two.
