Formed in 2022, Moontyde - consists of members from various indie bands who shared a lot of stages hosted by multiple production events in Quezon City from 2014 onwards.
Having the same interests, the members decided to form a group - initiated by their main vocalist and synth player. The band’s music is a combination of funk, soul and pop with 80's vibe that are easily loved and appreciated by a wide variety of age and generations. Band members are Ac Herbuela as main vocalist, Vitto Giron on guitars, Robin Manalo on synth and keys, Elmer Nuque on drums and percussions, and Daryl Trinidad on bass guitar. They called themselves Moontyde because, why not?
