Mordecai i is a highly talented and resi l ient musician whose journey began at
the tender age of 7. Born and raised in Livingstone Zambia, Mordecai i
discovered his passion for music at a young age and displayed an
extraordinary talent that captivated audiences from the start.
His unwavering determination and incredible talent led him to win a
prominent Zambian talent show (Talent ya pa zed) at the age of 11,
catapulting him into the national spotl ight.
However, despite his early success, Mordecai i unexpectedly vanished from
the l imel ight, leaving fans and industry insiders puzzled. Little did they
know, Mordecai i embarked on a personal journey that would shape him both
as an artist and as an individual.
Over the next 11 years, he dedicated himself to honing his musical craft,
exploring various genres, and gaining a deeper understanding of himself and
the world around him al l whi le gaining a formal eduction at NORTEC where he studied electrical engineering.
Mordecai ’s journey taught him the value of perseverance, the strength to
overcome obstacles, and the importance of staying true to oneself.
Now, Mordecai i has resurfaced in Zambia, ready to reclaim his position in
the music industry. Armed with an unshakable bel ief in his talent and armed
with a powerful message of hope and perseverance, Mordecai i is determined
to inspire and upl ift his audience through his music.
