Born in Liberia in 1988, just before the civil war. During those hard times the only way to escape his surroundings was through music. After moving to Guinea he discovered his talent, from writing songs on the blackboard when he was at school, to singing with his brother for the neighbors at their compound. Guinea is where his dreams of making music began...
In 2005 Morris came to Adelaide, Australia. Still focused on his dreams, he spent most of his time in school writing music. Studying was not an interest, but impressed by his talent his teachers made a music program to keep him in school. In 2007 he wrote and performed a song for the winning performance in Australia's annual Wakakirri Performing Arts Event.
By 17 Morris was travelling and performing music with occasional club gigs as well as involved in multicultural youth work. He came to Melbourne in 2008 where he started modeling and acting before forming a Hip Hop/Rap group called 'West Riders', the group did a lot of shows and recorded an album which was never released. After they separated he went solo as an artist and started dancing, recording music from studio to studio slowly crafting his sound and working security at the strip clubs to put food on the plate.
In 2019 Morris B joined Decent Company and continues to work on new projects and follow his dreams of making music. Still modeling, recording and writing music as a solo artist and working as an MC at some of Melbourne's popular night clubs.
