Morsrot is a Maltese metal band reshaping death metal with raw defiance and no boundaries. Formed in 2021 by teens Kieran Brannon and Gabriel Gellel during the Covid lockdown, they’ve since released Carnal Enslavement (demo) and Septicemia (EP), and shared stages with acts like KK’s Priest and Metal Church. Now joined by Jean Gouder (bass) and Alex Fenech (drums), Morsrot becomes the first band to represent Malta at Wacken Open Air, bringing a fierce new wave of metal to the global stage.
