Mosankie

Christopher Mosa Meso. Known to his fans as MOSANKIE. He was born and raised in
Soshanguvhe in the 80’s. Kwaito music inspired him to pursue music as a career. He started
making music in primary school with friends and formed a kwaito group called JAMBOYS. As
his music skills developed he moved on to start recording hip hop music back in 2007 in a
place called Madidi.
A highlight of his upcoming days as a solo artist was back in 2010 at The Union Buildings in
Pretoria where he had an opportunity to share a stage with big artists like SKWATTA KAMP, DANNY K, MZEKEZEKE, REBECCA MALOPE, JUB JUB, and a lot more mainstream artists. His
career started gaining momentum and was brought on tour with Tuks Senganga on the
“foot Print tour” and from that point on the name MOSANKIE was well recognised in the
CAPCITY Hip Hop scene.
He is currently a co-founder at BLUEMAG RECORDS and he is signed under his record

been on numerous songs with @Emtee working on various projects concerning the two
companies. MOSANKIE is set to release his debut EP titled JUKU GOT FLAVA featuring artist
like LOLLI NATIVE, NGUNI G, CHAD DA DON , and more.
