When you hear Hip-Hop music you imagine a glorification of money, sex, violence, and drugs, think again. Mosik is conscious, honest, and truthful and his music is the voice of the people. When asked why he is in the flavor of Nas, J Cole, and Kendrick Lamar, Mosik says “telling the stories that matter and highlighting the pain in mine to impact someone else is most likely why.” Mosik’s belief is that music can break barriers for real change, bridge gaps, and empower people, that’s the mission of his music, and by not only being an artist, but sitting on the board for a non-profit that addresses at risk youth and other ventures where he personally wants to see poverty eradicated starting with his hometown, Bronx, NY. Mosik also is a co-producer and staff writer for an upcoming TV series, Up North, that addresses systemic racism through the New York City prison system and the community and lives forever changed by it. The series was purchased and ordered by Byron Allen's Entertainment Studios, with production dates in 2021. In 2021 and onward, Mosik is launching Pink Promesa, a non-profit that will aim to address the racial wealth gap in low income communities; Kings Are Made & Queens Are Made, a branded movement that highlights how the Kings and Queens of our culture, like Oprah, Tyler Perry, Jay Z and more, were not born into royalty status, but made through pain and suffering. Mosik, the artist with a clear vision. NEW MUSIC ARRIVING: 2021 & 2022
