Emerging from the vibrant music scene of Reykjavik, Iceland, Moskvít is a dynamic quintet that showcases a diverse range of talents. Led by the singer and bassist Sjonni, the band also features Alex on drums, Jón on piano and synth, Gummi on rhythm guitar, and Paolo on lead guitar.
Moskvít was officially founded in 2019. The musical style is varied and heavily influenced by western blues rock. The band released their debut album ‘Human Error’ on the 13th of August 2021. Human Error is a concept album and touches on various things such as philosophy, ethics and culture which is communicated through the eyes of serial killers.
On the 11th of October 2024 Moskvít released its second album "Superior Design" in that album sees the introduction of two new guitar players Gummi for rythm and Paolo for lead guitar.
Now Moskvít is already working on its next Album...Albums ? we will see;
