Originating from stamford connecticut VIP brings a breath of fresh air and uniqueness to a music industry he says lacks in the vibes that made him fall in love with hip hop and music in general in the first place citing being influenced as early as 6 years old by micheal jackson records playing in his house as well as being pushed to take up playing instruments by his single mother who raised VIP and his younger brother. Which lead VIP to play piano saxophone as well as participate in choir and school chorus teams. VIP cites his hip hop influences going back to DMX, JayZ, Nas, Fabolous to name a few. He maintains that his sound is eclectic and everchanging so dont get too comfortable with one style of his music as do the seasons change so does music. VIP represents "Mos Wanted" they're a music and entertainment lifestyle group with origins in Connecticut where they maintain a full tracking and recording studio.
