Motion Device

Motion Device is a rock band from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The band started uploading videos to Youtube in 2010 when they began covering various bands and artists from the past and present. As the band progressed they began writing their own material. It quickly became evident that their fans enjoyed the original material more than the covers. Their latest crowd-funding campaign resulted in the band's fourth studio album release, fittingly titled 'Motion Device IV' and released in September 2020. The new MDIV album was recorded, mixed and mastered in the band's brand new recording studio which was also funded by fans.

Motion Device is fronted by Sara Menoudakis on vocals, Josh Marrocco on guitars, Andrea Menoudakis on bass/keys and David Menoudakis on drums. They have steadily built a solid fan base with almost 20 million views on Youtube and over 100K social media fans. The band’s sound is influenced by a variety of genres including hard rock, progressive rock, alternative rock, classic rock, heavy metal, blues and new age with a good dose of thought-provoking lyrics. Motion Device strives to create music that not only sounds good to the ears, but hopefully moves something inside us and helps people get through this incredible yet complex journey we call… LIFE.
