Mous Bahri is a Lebanese contemporary singer/songwriter who was born in November 1994, in Beirut, Lebanon. An all-round artist, he writes, composes, and produces his songs, and creates and performs his shows. Between contemporary Arabic Pop, Electro Pop, and Avant-garde Electronic music, he has invented his own musical genre as an indie contemporary singer, orientalising electronic music with his vocals and music production, and breaking social taboos by using intellectual figures’ words and wisdom in his lyrics.
In 2023, Mous Bahri released MB2023, a bold and genre-defining project that introduced Bizarre Pop, a new wave in Arabic music blending surrealism, theatrical flair, and experimental sound design. With MB2023, he pushed the boundaries of traditional pop and crafted a sonic identity entirely his own.
His debut digital album, "Huwa," stands as a pioneering example of an independent Arabic solo album, embracing innovative methods in music production, vocal arrangement, singing, and songwriting.
In 2024, he released the double project "Tayyara" and "Wa7é aw Wa7ésh", a deeply personal exploration of emotional isolation in the diaspora. The work shared the pain of heartbreak and confusion from a toxic relationship, where the lines blurred between being loved by an angel or deceived by the devil.
Following this emotional release, Mous took a one-year break from music, a period of silence, reflection, and healing. In 2025, he returned with a fresh new sound in "Ya Beik"
