After the passing of his friend Breezy who at the time would always encourage Bret to pursue his career in music Bret did just that . Starting off as Lil-$moke based off the nickname he was given Smokie by Breezy , he dropped his first single " Double Cup Love " to Youtube and Soundcloud . Slowly gaining listens and traction he realized music was something he wanted to do for the rest of his life.
