Mr. Wilson and the French Ticklers have been creating tunes off and on since 1982, but mostly off while raising the fam. They are back to tickle the senses! Originally a punk band, the world-famous Mr. Wilson is always reluctant to be defined with commercially motivated genre walls. When pinned with machine gun-level questions, he finally elaborated, "I would have to describe the evolution and direction of the band as EDM as that is where I want to sit and eat my cupcake," whatever that means? Along with some deep, tear-jerking love songs, written with a heavy poetic heart, the punk rock mentality is still there in a flowing undercurrent of hot lava. Irreverent, noncompliant, rule-breaking and most of all his purely organic originality make Mr. Wilson's creative genius more than evident.
