Mukul Gill

Mukul Gill, hailing from Chandigarh, India, is a versatile singer–songwriter and composer whose musical journey began at the age of four. Trained in Hindustani Classical Music under renowned maestros, He blends emotion, technique, and storytelling to create a sound that is both rooted and contemporary.

He has earned national recognition as a Finalist of IDEA JALSA (2009, Mumbai), Finalist of POGO Amazing Kids Award (2010), and Semifinalist of I’ll Champs (2009). Over the years, he has won numerous national, state, and district-level competitions, marking him as one of the most consistent young voices from Punjab.

Mukul’s talent has been honoured at the highest levels, He is a Governor Awardee (2011), Chief Minister Awardee (2017), an All India Radio
“A Grade”Artist and recipient of the CCRT Senior Young Artist Scholarship, Govt. of India (2019). He also became a known voice through Awaz-e-Punjab In Punjab State Youth Fest (2020).

He has been blessed to receive appreciation from legends like Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia ji, Pt. Jasraj ji, Hariharan ji, and many more.

A University Gold Medalist (M.A. Music) from Panjab University, Chandigarh, Mukul continues to evolve his craft to create mellifluous music that reflects depth, emotion, and timeless musicality.
