Munàh is a Capeverdean/Portuguese songwriter-singer who draws inspiration from gospel musicians as well as artists such as @Suzanna Lubrano, @Grace Évora, @Gil Semedo, and @Tó Semedo.
Born with a passion for music, Munàh discovered her love for singing at a very young age. Growing up, she was surrounded by the musical traditions of her Capeverdean culture, which heavily influenced her musical style.
Drawing inspiration from the rhythmic melodies of Kizomba, Gospel, Afropop, and Afrobeat, Munàh began to craft her own musical vision, and in 2022, after turning 40, she made a bold decision to record her debut song, "N'cata Duvida" (I Will Not Doubt), which is a song about her life.
In addition to her past achievements, Munàh is currently working on her exciting new projects, and she continues to push the boundaries of her artistry by co-producing her own tracks with her brother's MBROS and others.
