Mustache and Beard

Mustache and beard is a Nusantara pop band that founded in Bandung from 2012, we create the ensemble with 6 members back then with the same background as design students, crafting our roots in the woods not far from our campus and from the small alleyways in betweens our activities, the band comes up with a unique style and approach to the music, with bold characters in the writings with our mother tongue ( bahasa ) and spices absorbed from traditional elements around us. During their 10 years in music that comes with a ton of experiences, the band was just our “side project” that born in the Campus, in our younger years to form a fun and soulful musical group to entertain our friends, but fate show us more greater things along the way, with 1 album “manusiaku manusiamu manusia-Nya” and 3 singles, we have come to a point where the band should take a more serious steps ahead, getting a lot of insights and ideas during a “hibernation” period in the Global pandemic. Moving forward Mustache and Beard now consist of 5 band members ( afif, febry, adri, bima, and nagib ) and the band plans to create a brand new journey with new songs and new stories to tell, of course with more colors and more flavors !
