"It's nice to have bands like this in Switzerland."
Tracks Magazine
Female fronted. Strangely spun, sometimes even lifted, and yet extremely moving. Oscillating between post, prog, art, and alternative rock. Nevertheless, a unified whole. Their musical niche has never stopped the four Swiss musicians from Muzak from staying true to their sound in order to achieve greatness. Since their debut "Muzak" (2013), the quartet has performed dozens of concerts and shared the stage with notable representatives of sophisticated rock music, such as the Canadian prog-rockers Saga or the art rockers Kyasma. With their multimedia show the band manages to convince every audience. On the one hand, this is due to the vocal power of the Singer Lena Greber, which causes a stir and astonishes music journalists: "An incredibly powerful voice sounds through my marrow and my leg. Who would have thought this woman could make such a sound" On the other hand, Martin Birchler (dr), Marco Meier (bs) and Jan Greber (git), demonstrate a knack for interesting structures and melodies and push the boundaries with their intricate rhythms and extraordinary song structure.
