mxmx is blending spacey electric guitar, drum machines, and synthesizers into a sound that evolves with each release. After the debut album Winning Team (2023) and the follow-up My First DJ (nonstop) (2024), the Berlin-based producer has continued to refine and reshape his musical identity. While the first album leaned heavily on classic band instrumentation, mxmx now navigates fluidly between house and techno – danceable and focused on groove and the energy of the moment.
His latest singles fully embrace the raw drive of techno, pushing his sound deeper into the club. Especially in his live sets, mxmx brings an improvisational and hands-on dimension: triggering loops, shaping the arrangement in real time, and weaving in live electric guitar to add melodic and textural elements.
