My Fatal Desire is the songwriting vessel for Calvin West, though it has often hosted several accompanying musicians .
After performing with various local bands, Calvin West decided to go solo and start the project in 2009, Örebro, Sweden. He released his first EP "My Drunken Lullabies" in 2010 based on a collection of personal stories. A year later he moved to Spain, where he met drummer John Slough (Virginia, USA), who would go on to become a prominent member of the band. The two went on to release a full length album titled "Sirelis", in 2012.
After a hiatus, the duo decided to start working on songs again which resulted in the "Two Stars" single release in 2019.
