I'm Duck, I suffer from a traumatic brain injury that resulted in me forgetting everything from my name to who my parents were, even forgetting the music I loved in 2022. When I heard the music i had on my phone again I started writing and screaming as a way to cope and make sense of something in my new life.
My Manic Meltdown has the sound of all the voices in my head giving the vocals a post-hardcore urgency, combined with less twinkly yet catchy midwest emo guitars and lyrics that shouldn’t have made it out of the hospital.
