Born and raised in a small city, Mykah had a spark for music since he was very young. Participating in church choir is where his love for singing took shape. after years of vocal lesson, music lessons, choirs, acapella groups, competitions... He was ready to share his art with the world. Major influences come from the city of Detroit, where he resides... 90s R&B and alternative music. Mykah’s favorite artists are Legendary R&B songstress Brandy and Iconic singer songwriter Stevie Wonder.
