Heil bræðr ok systir! Myrkvan Skáld is a one-man-band project with a Nordic dark folk imprint, I built my tagelharpa (Ástríðr) and my drum (Sleipnir) myself. I studied old norse, which is the language in which I sing almost all the songs, many of my lyrics are written and translated by me. I am a scholar and enthusiast of runic shamanism and I try to bring my magic into my music. Hail to the Mighty Powers! Hail to the Mighty Runes!
