Ivan Ignacio Silva Rivera, known as Ivan “NA” Silva, was born in Hapeville, south of Atlanta, into a family of immigrants. Experiencing his community's struggles, he embraced spoken word, realizing the power of voice and truth. Competing in poetry slams, NA reached international acclaim as a two-time finalist at Brave New Voices.
Following a challenging battle with mental illness and a subsequent stay in a psychiatric facility due to a suicide attempt, NA committed to healing through music. Fusing his poetic roots with a passion for HipHop, he now aims to offer new perspectives and inspire those facing similar struggles.
