Nadia Baye was born and raised in Ghana, West Africa as the eldest of five children. From the age of 4 till 15, she sang with the group Press on Kids, touring churches and ministering at programs, on radio and TV. In 2019, she and her sisters formed a trio by the name Charis and released their debut album entitled "Can't Imagine."

She has shared the stage with Ntokozo Mbambo, Nqubeko Mbatha, Reverend Nii Okai, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Mama Diana Hopeson, Reverend Denzel Agyeman-Prempeh, and Lady Helena Rabbles among many others.
