Songwriter and producer Nadia Essah has been journaling most her life. Getting an early start as a young 13 year old - going from strumming on an acoustic guitar to full productions.
Growing up in a music loving family with both Norwegian and Moroccan heritage she brings both an old school and a more modern approach to songwriting. Her musical heroes growing up was great soul divas such as Alicia Keys and Christina Aguilera, and now she channels all of this into her own music, mixing it up with inspiration from Jordan Rakei and more jazz rooted artists.
People change and so does their music - Nadia has embraced a more vibrant and warm sound with live instruments and sassy lyrics.
