Continually shifting and evolving over the course of nearly a decade, NAH (Michul Kuun) has navigated from the American underground to broad and varied accompaniment from some of the most active international producers from the echelons of jazz, hiphop, techno and experimental electronics. - The Wire Magazine
Since the release of his first demos in 2011, percussionist, sound manipulator and visual artist, NAH has been developing his own dynamic synthesis of textured noise and genre smashing percussive rhythms with firm roots planted in DIY punk, noise, avant jazz, electronic music and the restlessness of hip-hop. Performing live with little more than a drum kit and various samplers, he channels a frenetic energy that teeters on the edge of violent hostility and playful chaos. Recent years have found him not only producing his own work but also collaborating with artists such as Wiki, Mike, Moor Mother, Slauson Malone, Iggor Cavalera, Evicshen, Cities Aviv, Obongjayar and many more.
