My name is Najje, I am The Independent King 👑. As a Hip Hop Independent Industry Leader, Songwriter & Mentor - “I am not just an Artist, I’m a movement!”
I have the pleasure of hosting “The Gumbo Radio Show” with my beautiful wife “Ash The Radio Queen Pin” on the B96 The Block.
We are your Gateway Drug for Entertainment! We have the incredible opportunity to work with DJ Mohawk who is the Atlanta Hawks stadium 🏟️ DJ & to talk to & interview your favorite artists & industry leaders on the show every week.
I’m a lil bias, but my favorite segment on the show is called “King Najje’s Court” it’s a mentorship platform & subscription to help independent artists on the journey to their throne.
There is actually a hashtag #️⃣igotyoulilbro it’s more than that tho. It’s a theme, that I have used for years which inspired My Non Profit Foundation, which I named:
”I GOT YOU!”
The reason I tell people that I am not just an Artist, that I’m a movement, is because I have a mission with my music and my foundation shares that vision. I lost my little brother to drug & gun violence years ago and now I am also a parent, so I recognize the impact these components play in our music, culturally.
