My name is Cedric Blair, but my rap name is Nalij(Knowledge). My love for music started at a young age. Being the youngest in my household allowed me to hear all types of music growing up from hip hop to rnb to gospel to funkadelic to soul, you get the picture lol. So I've been engulfed in music my whole life and I've been on a musical journey ever since. I'm an avid reader, so my first introduction to rhyming and storytelling was through writing poetry, and from poetry I transitioned into writing songs. My style of songwriting is storytelling, no matter the mood a story must be told. For me it's the greatest feeling in the world to not only write a story, but make the person listening feel and relate to what you wrote when they hear it. There's no greater feeling in the world.
