Nangrad is a Black Metal one man band founded by Faust (A.K.A Varknar) during the boring quarantine period in 2020.
the band's early releases were quite raw and very, very underground, limiting themselves to only a small group of friends.
during that period the recordings were in a very low sound quality being limited to mp3. Some of these songs were recovered and subsequently published years later and others were totally lost.
After a while, Faust decided to get away from the traditional black metal that abounds in the scene and decided to focus on making a much more melodic and fast black metal, heavily influenced by the Swedish scene of the 90s and some bands from the late 90s. .
Over time, NANGRAD's vision changed a bit but it always maintained a dark, melodic, raw and sublime essence.
NANGRAD currently has 2 EP's and 2 demos and Faust is working on 2 more EP's and shaping the band's first full-length album.
