Dominic Grace, bassist for <a href="spotify:artist:2G7gQeVlFLLgY71Q8HaXDH" data-name="Tearful Warning">Tearful Warning</a> and the short-lived <a href="spotify:artist:65y0p5txWEKaWXElJaWEky" data-name="Twin Kepler">Twin Kepler</a>, first began releasing solo works scattered across various media platforms on the internet under the moniker Oryzae. From both the old pseudonym’s age, lack of musical knowledge and experience, and (let’s face it,) potential legal issues, Dom stepped away, and some time later from the ashes spawned “the nanoflare project.” In his words from cryptic Instagram posts, nanoflare has been described as “stellar phenomena, made sonical.”
