Naomi Tournier

Singer & songwriter Naomi Tournier is born on the 6th of April 1991 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. She grew up listening to MJ, Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra, Billy Holiday, Nina Simone, Barbara Streisand, and so on. This golden era of music is forever engraved in Naomi’s heart and the type of musical education she’ll hope to pass on to her kids like her own parents did. As a kid Naomi loved to perform and sing. A dreamy girl with tons of imagination, who loved writing poetry and wouldn’t miss a talent show. She loved the limelight and was able to express herself with a natural finesse. Naomi started her singing career as a cover singer in Jazz and RnB, and combined it working for an online spiritual platform. She ended up in the studio; writing her own music. And her first release ‘Waardeloos’ was born. An intimate song about feeling worthless in a love relationship; waking up from over-romanticizing something that wasn’t there. A journey most of us can relate to. Naomi refers to life as a ‘journey’. She believes it is one stage of many dimensions our souls are passing through.
