Lincoln, Nebraska based singer/songwriter, Nate Kellison, has been honing his skills in the world of a cappella music for over twenty years. Getting his start in a high school talent show, the tone was set for Kellison to take on the ever-evolving a cappella landscape. Beginning in 2002, Kellison co-founded No Better Cause, a five-man award-winning a cappella group. Having written, arranged, managed, and co-produced nine albums with No Better Cause, Kellison is certainly no stranger to the studio. But in May of 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, Kellison had a conversation with his brother, Lucas, about recording a cappella as a solo artist since performing as a group was no possible at the time. Lucas Kellison is also a co-founder of No Better Cause, but has delved into the recording and producing world. Kellison's first single, a cover of Lose Somebody by Kygo and OneRepublic, was recorded in his living room. The raw tracks were then sent to his brother for editing, mixing and mastering, and then sent back for release within a couple of days. The results and reaction of the released single encouraged Nate to continue to record more music.

Nate Kellison is excited about making a cappella music just for the fun of it while social distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic. He hopes to do this for a long, long time!
