My name is Nathan McKee, also known as "Nathan Banks", I am a possibly upcoming artist, mainly specialising in hip-hop/rap. I'm 16, so I guess I'm just trying my best to get to the top of the 'teen' game if that exists. I'm not very talented when it comes to making beats so most of them are just free ones from YouTube, but I like to think I am a decent lyricist and not too bad of a rapper for my age.
I am from Melbourne, Australia, and I hope to grow mainly in my home country, possibly even get signed to a label no matter how small it may be. I hope to bring positivity to the genre, but sometimes you just have to sacrifice the lyrics for the flow. I know everyone says this but I really do want to grow up and become known in the music industry, and I truly believe that I have the capability to do so, if I try hard enough and have the right mindset, just grinding everyday until someday something might change, and it might change my life forever.
Just be yourself and try and stand out. Everyone has to be unique. Otherwise, this whole music thing would just be boring. And finally, if you aren't having fun, maybe go somewhere else. I know everyone cares about the cash one way or another, but if you aren't enjoying what you do at all, maybe it's just not for you. Anyways that's my little rant.
