Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. By the age of 14 Nathan had already begun experimenting and mixing various music styles and genres. Unknown to him at the time, four years later this would lead to Nathan discovering dance music and quickly beginning to establishing himself as a reputable brand in the South African music scene.
“I kind of became a DJ without realizing it. One minute I was teaching myself how to DJ in-between school and on weekends – next minute I was playing at nightclubs and festivals” says Nathan. Shy and reserved by character, Nathan has worked with some of South Africa’s greatest performance artists and DJs. Having travelled extensively throughout South Africa, Africa and reaching as far as Brazil and the prestigious Miami Music Week, Nathan has proven he is a world class performer, fully embodying the essence of a music pioneer.
By 2013, Nathan had become a resident DJ on South Africa's national radio station 5FM, using his weekly radio slot to showcase his own sound and taste in music, while elevating fellow South African producers.
Nathan’s authentic, electronic and original urban blend of music composition give him his unique identity. A former product of Soul Candi, Nathan has released three dance singles of his own, with two enjoying number one spots on various radio stations across the country. Slowly breaking the mold, Nathan has begun exploring a broader musical landscape working with various artists from around the world.
