Nautical Twilight

Nautical Twilight is an Indie-Folk Rock band based out of Montréal, Canada. A force to be reckoned with when playing live, these goofballs have the most fun when playing shows and recording tracks live off the floor. The band is lucky to avoid compromising either music or friendships as the two go hand in hand creating a wall of sound, layered harmonies, and dynamic performances night after night.

Nautical Twilight refers to the time of day when sailors can take reliable readings via well-known stars because the horizon is still visible, even under moonless conditions. The band’s writing often takes place in this world of calm, with its pensive and heartfelt lyrics helping the listener navigate questions as old as time like why are we here, the tribulations of love, and the magic of the world around us while the instrumental sections remind us that much like the sea, things can’t stay calm forever.
