Nautiluss is the primary moniker of Montréal-raised, Toronto-based producer Graham Douglas Bertie. He fell in love with collecting and playing records and making electronic music at age 17, after being captivated by the underground Montreal rave scene of the early '90s—held in warehouses, lofts, and abandoned spaces across the city. Starting with a modest setup, his resourcefulness and drive have carried him through nearly three decades of exploration in electronic music.
His solo works as Nautiluss span melodic tech-house, UKG mutations, and heady techno, released on iconic labels like Ghostly International / Spectral Sound, Tiga’s Turbo Recordings, Untold’s Hemlock Recordings, Martyn’s 3024, and Modeselektor’s Seilscheibenpfeiler Schallplatten Berlin (SSPB). He has also released a series of house-centered records under his Pyramid Lake alias.
