Nayothirum, Born Nayothirum Maluleka was born 1995/02/12 in South Africa, in a place called hammaskraal in Gauteng later moved to Limpopo in a Village Called Elandskraal. as a young boy I fell in love with poetry which evoked the spirit of music/rap in me, I became (The Prodigy) as a praisal name i got from doing poetry, the was a poem i wrote called "The Prodigy" which was about my life, what i have been through and how i survived those phases and ever since then I became The Prodigy. I fell in love with music and at the age of 14 I started doing music and poetry which later after i completed my matric I enrolled for Performing Arts at Tshwane University Of Technology were im still completing my diploma, music rescued me from alot growing up, I have been through stages in life where if it was not for the music i wouldnt have survived.
As an independent artist i would like to be viewed as a hero of my generation and as a leader of the new era, the type of music I am doing is called "Contemporary hiphop/Rap". My Favourate Artists Of All Times Is Drake, Chris Brown & 2pac . I have been performing in Clubs at Pretoria, 442 Club, Element Club and Sunnyside Lifestyle Lounge from time to time.
